Job Description

Essential Qualification Criteria

Any resource proposed for the fulfilment of this requirement must meet and will be initially screened by the following minimum mandatory evaluation criteria:

Education

·          Successful completion of secondary school.

Experience:

·          A minimum of 1 year  experience working for the Government of Canada;

·          A minimum of 1 year experience as an advanced user of standard office equipment and software (Windows XP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.) in an office environment;

·          A minimum of 1 year  experience being a regular (multiple weekly uses) and advanced (creating and maintaining multiple spreadsheets, inputting and validating data, generating pivot tables) user of Microsoft Excel.

·          A minimum of 1 year experience being a regular (multiple weekly uses) user (entering data, creating and running queries) of Microsoft Access;

·          A minimum of 1 year experience creating and maintaining electronic files, as well as organizing and tracking documents.
