| Job Description | DUTIES: · Process Purchase Orders into the departmental Financial Information System · Plan and process employee travel · Manage Director's office, including BFsystem, scheduling, meeting preparation · Mange of translation requests · Experience in a real property and/or facilities management and/or construction environment an asset MANDATORY CRITERIA · Extensive use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook is essential · Extensive experience with SAP · Experience Processing Purchase Orders into the departmental Financial Information System Assets: · Knowledge of Contracting and Materiel Management policies, directives and guidelines · Knowledge of Treasury Board Travel and Hospitality Policy an asset · Experience in a real property and/or facilities management and/or construction environment an asset · Previous experience at Industry Canada an asset | ||
