Job Description

 

DUTIES

·         Vendor / customer master data update

·         Calling, discussing and persuading vendors to register for DDI or other activities

·         Running reports

·         Data entry

·         Filling out forms

·         Sending information to clients internal and external

·         Updating addresses and other information

·         Sorting, organizing and researching information

·         Tracking, logging of files

·         Researching files and information on files

·         Updating files

·         Verification of data

 

 

 

MANDATORY CRITERIA (resource must have the following)

 

M1

Education:

  • Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required

Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required

 

In addition to the minimum qualifications required by the classification (education and experience), the potential candidates must also demonstrate the following mandatory requirements

M2

Minimum one (1) year experience providing services to clients

M3

Minimum one (1) year experience collecting, transmitting and processing information

M4

Minimum two (2) years experience with Excel & Word

M5

Minimum one (1) year experience with SAP

M6

Minimum one (1) year experience performing searches or enquiries directed toward problem resolution.
