Reporting to the Team Leader, provides transactional, operational staffing services including discussing staffing Strategies, developing Statements of Merit Criteria, developing rating guides and assessment tools, conducting reference checks, conducting informal discussions with candidates, preparing Board Reports and providing advice and guidance to management.
Minimum Mandatory Qualifications:
· Must have passed the Appointment Framework Knowledge Test
· Minimum of ten
· Must have run at least 3 staffing processes both internal and external advertized, since the new Public Service Employment Act
· Must provide 2 samples of a Staffing process, which includes a Statements of Merit Criteria and rating guides that have been produced by the candidate.
